About Paul Frank

Paul Frank and Julius have been with us here at nodeclothing.com since the very beginning – and what great company they have been! For those of you who know and love Paul Frank, Julius and his many friends then they need no introduction, but if you have only just discovered the delights of the brand, then here is a short story for you.

In the mid 90’s he was an art student in California and in his spare time, using off cuts of bright coloured vinyl started making wallets for his friends – and guess what, people loved them and in particular the ones with a cute little monkey on them called Julius. Other characters were soon born including Clancy the Giraffe, Worry Bear, Chachi the Chihuahua, Mika the Cat, Ellie the Elephant, Aku the Crocodile, Skurvy and Miss Skurvy and the Cosy Molars to name a few. From this humble start Paul Frank Industries and Julius and Friends have become world famous and there seems to be no stopping them!

Planned Pines has been the home of Paul Frank and Julius for a while now and this is where Julius celebrated his 10th birthday in Nov 2005 surrounded by all his pals and the man himself. Who knows what adventures they will get up to in the future but one thing is for sure Paul Frank, Julius and his friends will always have a home at nodeclothing.com.
